What we do
We are committed to the relief of food insecurity, by providing food parcels
and other appropriate material needs.
What’s in a food parcel?
Our food parcels provide two to three days worth of quality foods to an individual or a family to allow for a nutritious diet. We can cater for any special dietary needs a person may have and in addition, we also provide non-food items such as toiletries. We can even help to provide food for your pets (cats or dogs) if you have any.
General items in a food parcel:
• Supermarket surplus food including bakery items
• Fresh fruit
• Fresh vegetables
• Tinned foods
• Packaged foods
Do you need a weekly food parcel?
We’re here to help and if you need a food parcel you can come into one of our Food Project Centres and collect one, or give us a call to arrange for one to be delivered from our Food Distribution Centre at :
Rassau Resource Community Centre,
School Rd, Rassau,
Ebbw Vale. NP23 5PP.
or if you prefer you can leave us a message on Facebook, or email us and we’ll get right back to you.
